The GreenQuarter was the culmination of our founder’s lifelong love with plants, incited by long walks through her grandfathers gardens and propagated by the admiration of prominent landscape designers. She started the GreenQuarter in 1991 after diving into the industry several years before and falling further in love with it. The GreenQuarter was built on the idea that a given landscape, whether residential, commercial, or civic, is inherently emotive. When conflict exists between a landscape and its underlying topography, it affects how we feel about and interact with our space. We specialize in designing and building landscapes of all kinds that mirror and meld the vision of our clients with the space that surrounds them.
